Eva is a tiny mermaid who hasn't been able to lure in any sailors. However, her heart is captured by Emile, a lonely fisherman. Determined to win him over, Eva jumps into his fishing net.
After a stint in a sardine tin, Emile eventually frees her, giving Eva a chance to pursue her romantic aspirations.
